根据国家留学基金委《关于中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》及上海市、学校等相关规定，对我校获得各类奖学金的国际研究生，实施留学生奖学金年度评审制度，具体通知如下：
According to the policies and regulations of China Scholarship Council (CSC), Shanghai Municipal Government, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), the 2026 annual scholarship review will be conducted with the following important notes:
一、 评审对象
评审对象包括2026年9月起继续享受奖学金的中国政府奖学金、上海市政府奖学金、孔子学院奖学金及学校各类奖学金的上海交通大学国际研究生；将于2026年6月毕业的国际生可不参加此次年审。
应参加奖学金年审但未按时间节点提交年审材料者，奖学金年审结果默认为“取消”。
1. Participants
All international graduate students at SJTU with a scholarship in hand who will continue to receive it from September 2026 (including Chinese Government Scholarship, Shanghai Government Scholarship, Confucius Institute Scholarship, and University Scholarships) are required to go through the 2026 annual scholarship review, except for those graduating in June 2026.
Please note that if the required application and materials for the scholarship review are not submitted by the self-evaluation time point, the scholarship review result will automatically be marked as 'canceled'.
二、 评审程序
2. Procedures
(一) 学生自评2026年4月20日至4月26日17:00（北京时间）内
请根据院系年审负责人的通知要求，在规定时间内提交并提供相关材料。
(1) Student self-evaluation: From April 20 to April 26, 2026, 17:00 (Beijing Time).
Please submit and provide the required materials within the self-evaluation period, as per the instructions of the school/department’s scholarship review coordinator.
(二) 院系评审2026年4月27日至5月9日中午12:00前
(2) School/Department evaluation: From April 27 to May 9 (noon 12:00), 2026.
(三) 校级评审2026年5月中旬
(3) University-level evaluation: Mid-May 2026.
(四) 奖学金主管单位评审
(4) Review by the scholarship administration authority.
三、 评审结果
3. Evaluation Status
(一) 研究生院将公示国际研究生奖学金年审情况；
(1) The status of the Annual Scholarship Review for International Graduate Students will be announced by the Graduate School.
(二) 年审结果若为中止或取消，将于2026年6月生效。
(2) Any scholarship suspension or cancellation will take effect from June 2026.
