陈秀华，经济管理学院的一名研究生，出生于泰国，自幼浸润在中华文化的氛围中。家庭的熏陶让她对中国充满向往。来到中国求学后，她感到如同回到了“家”。在这片熟悉而充满活力的土地上，秀华逐渐成长为连接中外文化的桥梁。在帮助国际学生适应学习与生活的过程中，她学会了如何与不同文化背景的人沟通，理解他们的需求与困惑，尊重文化差异，并找到彼此都能接受的解决方案。这不仅让她在同学中获得信任与支持，也让她的跨文化能力得到了全面提升。

Purita Worapornchaia, a postgraduate student from the Antai College of Economics and Management, was born in Thailand and has been immersed in Chinese culture since childhood. The influence of her family made her yearn for China. After coming to study in China, she felt as if she had returned home. On this familiar and vibrant land, she gradually grew into a bridge connecting Chinese and foreign cultures. In the process of helping international students adapt to their studies and life, she learned how to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds, understand their needs and confusions, respect cultural differences, and find solutions that both sides could accept. This not only earned her trust and support among her classmates but also greatly enhanced her cross-cultural abilities.

在大学生活中，陈秀华不仅是一个出色的学生，更是一位不可或缺的同学领袖。在课堂上，她凭借出色的学术能力和跨文化沟通技巧，为国际学生提供无数帮助，解答学习疑问，协调小组合作，成为国际学生的信赖对象。同时，她还主动协助老师解决语言和文化上的沟通问题，为课程的顺利进行保驾护航。 然而，秀华的成就并不仅限于课堂。在校外，她代表学院参加了全国大学生健美比赛，并在女子组中夺得冠军。对于一项女性参与率相对较低的运动，秀华以勇气和热爱打破偏见。训练期间，她不仅严于律己，还与队友分享自己的心得，帮助团队一起提高。在赛后，她将这一难得的经历融入到校园生活中，主动向周围同学推广科学健身理念，为许多有意锻炼的同学提供指导与鼓励。秀华的细心和坚持，让她在同学中赢得了广泛的赞誉，也成为了校园中健身文化的倡导者。

In college life, Purita Worapornchai is not only an outstanding student but also an indispensable classmate leader. In the classroom, with her outstanding academic ability and cross-cultural communication skills, she has provided countless assistance to international students, answered their learning questions, coordinated group cooperation, and become a trusted figure among them. She also helps teachers with language and cultural communication issues to ensure the smooth running of the programme. Her achievements are not limited to the classroom. Outside the campus, she represented the college to participate the National College Students' Bodybuilding Comp-etition and won the championship. For a sport with a relatively low female participation rate, she broke the prejudice with courage and love. During training, she not only disciplined herself, but also shared her insights with her teammates to help the team improve together. After the competition, she integrated this rare experience into her campus life, took the initiative to promote the concept of scientific fitness to students around her, and provided guidance and encouragement to many students who were interested in exercising. Her meticulousness and perseverance earned her wide acclaim among her classmates and made her an advocate of fitness culture on campus.

陈秀华还获得了学校的推荐，前往西班牙参加学术交流项目。在西班牙的课堂上，她不仅学习了先进的经济管理知识，更重要的是，她将中国的快速发展与市场潜力介绍给国际同行。在小组讨论中，她通过翔实的数据与深入的分析，让同学们对中国经济充满兴趣。她还以流利的多语言能力，向西班牙学生展示了中国市场的独特机会，为两国学生的合作与理解搭建了桥梁。这次交流不仅让秀华的视野更加开阔，也让她感受到身为中国文化传播者的责任。 

She was also recommended by the university to participate in an exchange programme in Spain. In Spain, she learnt about the economic management know-ledge. More importantly, she introduced China's rapid development and market potential to her international counter- parts. In the group discussion, she made students interested in China's economy through informative data and in-depth analyses. With her fluent multi-lingual skills, she also demonstrated the unique opportunities of the Chinese market to the Spanish students, building a bridge of co-operation and understanding between the students of the two countries. 

无论是作为文化桥梁，课堂内的帮助者，还是竞技舞台上的挑战者，陈秀华都以满腔热情践行着她的梦想。她用自己的实际行动证明了什么是努力与坚持，也用自己的经验和能力感染着身边的每一个人。

Whether as a cultural bridge, a helper within the classroom, or a challenger on the competitive stage, she practices her dream with passion. She thinks that hard work and perseverance are with her practical actions. She also infects everyone around her with her experience and ability.

未来，陈秀华希望继续深耕于经济管理领域，同时利用自身的跨文化优势，推动国际合作和文化交流。她坚信，无论在多么复杂的背景中，努力与真诚都可以搭建出理解与友谊的桥梁。 

In the future, she hopes to continue to work in the field of economics and management, and use her cross-cultural strengths to promote international co-operation and cultural exchanges.
